ABOUT ME
I feel very privileged to be able to help people for a living. Over the last 20 years, I have worked with children, adults, couples and families. Along the way I have met many people that I have been able to help to deal with everything life throws at them in a healthier way.

What can you expect from me? I am easy to talk to, non-judgmental, respectful and really maintain the focus of the work on helping you understand yourself better. This is the only way change happens. And when it does, you will be able to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.

A crucial part of the work is our relationship. Making you feel comfortable and able to talk to me, is my first priority. This will help us work together towards our agreed goals. I say 'us' and 'our' because, although you are the focus of therapy, I will be with you every step of the way.
I am fully qualified psychotherapist and registered with BACP. I have an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences and post graduate training in the UK in Psychotherapy & Counselling (Regent's University London) and Children & Young People IAPT (King's College London and The Tavistock).

I am a registered member of BACP - 378813.
